The article is about music so this is an easy choice. The addition of audio and visual aids will be used. For audio, I can choose a piece of music that I talk about within the paper, although which ones as of now I do not know. For visual I have an idea of a video clip on youtube that I want to include that really fit well (actually talks about what the paragraph is about.) The clip is from a Micheal Moore documentary that was talking about, at least in that portion, the Columbine shooting. Moore is sitting with Marilyn Manson in full costume talking about how he feels about the entire situation including how he felt when people were accusing him of having such hateful lyrics that inspired the teens to do such an act. One line at the end of the clip is pretty powerful, where Manson is asked “what would you say to the students at Columbine?” and he responds “Absolutely nothing. I would sit and listen, because that is what no one else did.”
Wow! I remember that scene in Moore’s film. Great ideas!
