Learning Outcome 1

Going from my original works to my more current ones there is quite a difference. The starting prompt of the course contained many errors as opposed to the more practiced paper what was much ‘cleaner.’ The prompt had many surface errors such as grammar and spelling and global errors such as flowing of ideas and continuity. Early on I had not written a paper in a handful of years, so I walked in and got words onto a paper to turn in. During the later works within the course, I strolled into revision as I would with a speech. Whatever flow errors or issues a more professional writer than myself had taken with my paper I would focus on those points. From here, I revise in the same talking aloud way to produce the best paper possible. I do not attribute this improvement to the course and lessons itself but edits made on papers from the professor or SASC and the practice from writing the papers. At least in terms of writing an English paper, I have found that this is the way I learn the best.
