Coming into the course, I did not remember how to format in an MLA style whatsoever due to being out of high school for enough years. Any and all MLA formatting has been an improvement for me. Whether it was MLA style quotes, the works cited page, and even the generic formatting from the first page to the page numbers, they were all improved as there was nothing there to start. Due to English 110 lessons, editing notes from the professor, and the help of tutors in SASC, I am now able to effectively format a paper in an MLA format. For example, my first draft of the entry prompt there was 0 use of MLA formatting and then moving to the official paper written there were considerable differences.
